MY OWN special Hug Salt and Pepper shakers

OMG I could not believe my eyes, only few days ago I posted a blog about the cute Hug Salt and Pepper shakers and when I was in Paris I saw them in one of the shops in De Champs Elysees and these ones are extra special because they have Eiffel Tower on the back of them, but they are not only special because of that, these two salt and pepper shakers represent mine and my special friends nicknames that we have for each other Mr Pepper and Ms Salt haha but that's another story on why and how come, the main thing is I bought them and they are extra special to me because of the background they have and I love anything that’s is different and unusual.

Paris buy

One of my naughty splurges that was made on my Paris trip was a Louis Vuitton speedy 30 handbag, which was a 21st birthday present from me to me haha well not really I used my birthday money to buy it.
This is why I prefer money or gift cards for birthdays because you can buy whatever you would like or put the money towards whatever you would like, maybe not necessary on a handbag but in my case I choose two handbags and one of them was a Loui handbag.

Paris Tripp

Last week was my 21st Birthday and I wanted to do something special to remember it, I always wanted to travel the world one way or the other and Paris was definitely on my list of places to go before I die.
It was amazing definitely a cultural city just how I like it. So obviously I had to visited the famous Eiffel Tower The Arc de Triomphe, which was hard to miss since I was waking up with a view of it from the hotel bedroom window.

Paris has great restaurants and parks too and museums but am not really a museum person so I hit mostly restaurants, parks and shops.
Heres few pictures:

Alberto Mantilla Hug Salt And Pepper Shakers

The Hug Salt and Pepper Shakers are two identically formed porcelain characters that appear to embrace when nestled together. The shakers’ colors identify contents, one black for pepper, and one white for salt. Each shaker has three holes for dispensing, which also represent the character’s face.
SOOOOOO CUTE

Bow Berlin

A funky brick structure, some tires and lots of lights. These are the design elements of bow Berlin. A jewelry and leather fashion boutique and showroom.

The shop displays the work of two German designers: high end leather bags, belts and other accessories by Michael Lawrenz  and watches, jewelry and accessories by Christian Koban.

OUKAN 71 - Berlin

OUKAN 71 is a sophisticated shopping area around Friedrichstrasse in Berlin. OUKAN 71 combines a fashion and art showroom/shop with a tea room and restaurant. Located on Kronenstrasse 71 (Kronen Strasse means Crown Street in German, and Oukan is Japanese for crown), the boutique has a fascinating background.

Twister Restaurant

Twister is a new restaurant concept proposed for a space in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. The design team, Sergey Makhno and Vasily Butenko also of Kiev, work on residential and commercial interiors and architecture but we are particularly fascinated by their furniture and their sculptural approach to interiors.

Grass Flip Flops

Krispy Kreme has come out with grass flip flops. You can now feel the summer lawn tickle your toes as you sit all day at your job wishing you were outside. It supposedly lasts up to 4 months.

Yo-Yo Lamps

Yo-Yo Lamps by Almerich (Spanish lighting comapany puts the fun in functional with their Yo-Yo lamps that resemble a child’s toy (yo-yo).

Available as a floor or hanging lamp, the red fabric covered cable is close to 33 feet and rolls up between the two diffusers just like the string of a yo-yo.

Cape Shank House

The amazing views really take advantage of the expansive surroundings. It seems like the main level is an elongated balcony and rests on the elements below.

Skim Milk House in Abiko by fuse-atelier

Fuse-atelier new project House in Abiko located in Abiko, Japan. The 80 square-meter residence is a concrete building, requested made by the clients themselves. The building sits on a soft foundation that required the use of stakes to support the concrete structure.

There is a large, square opening on the upper floor, which houses the living and dining rooms. The angles and composition of the architecture seemingly creates both a disconnect and continuation within the space.

The interior is even more crazy, I personaly think it looks and feels very cold, not some where I would like to live.
To me it looks more like an open space gallery where you would hold exhibitions
